Hello everyone
it’s Wednesday and time for us to announce our winner for this Decembers edition
of Glam Sunday (our last edition of the year 2014). I have to say this edition
of Glam Sunday was indeed special as almost all the contestants stood out, bringing their fashion A game to the table this December.
However, we can only one Glam Sunday winner, so let's get down to business.
Today is the last Sunday of the year. As you all know it’s a pretty
special Sunday everywhere and so it is as well for our last Glam Sunday edition
of the year 2014. The previous month’s Glam Sunday winner’s gift came all the
way from London, and we hope she’s definitely enjoying her gift. I can’t
imagine what the prize would feel like to her, but I know I’m going to take it
personal.

Now to business, it’s the holidays people and I expect some
super glam pictures from you all so let’s get things rolling with this lovely
picture from a lady I met last month named Susan, I’m sure most of you all can remember
her picture story (here). Susan as I promised here is your picture as our Glam
Sunday cover girl for the month of December.
Hello folks, a happy Christmas
week to you all……
As some of you might know the
2014 Copa Lagos at the Eko Atlantic City ended last week with aplomb. The event
was another major success like the previous ones before it. The last day of the
event also witnessed a Fashion Show with a beach wear theme. The show featured
veteran Nigerian designers like Ituen Basi, Kamokini and Amede, and also
worldwide family brands such as Puma and Lacoste.
Now here are some photos from the
Fashion Show below;
Hello everyone, welcome to another beautiful week…….
Our Style Focus for today is none other than the talented Taylor
Swift. Taylor went from an emerging young star to a superstar sensation in a
matter of years. As famous as she is for her music, she’s also famous for the
diversity of her closet. It’s been said that her signature street style is conservative
and youthful while her red carpet looks are the definition of glamorous.
So why don’t you all take a look at some of her styles and
let us know what you think.
The season for celebration is here again and our calendars are
filled with Christmas house parties, work happy hours, and of course, New
Year’s Eve. It’s a time for cocktail dresses, smoky eyes and red lips. We all
want to look our best, and we usually do when arriving at our destination. But
what about after a few hours of nibbling and sipping champagne, and hitting the
dance floor (shoki style), try taking a picture and you will see that your face
looks like Y! And you’ll be wondering if your face was hit by a truck. Well no
need to wonder anymore pamos-expression is here to the rescue, to show you how
to keep your make up in place, so you can have a holiday party exit just as
grand as your entrance.

We absolutely love the current thigh high slit trend and
the best part is that it can be made into anything a lady wants, depending on
how she wears it. While we have been seeing this trend grazing red carpets all
year, what is so efficient about this look is that it can be implemented into
casual outfits as well. As hemlines are becoming more and more modest these
days, the thigh high slit is a great way to show some sex appeal and still
maintain stylish elegance. A number of celebrities have already been featured
on this blog sporting thigh high slits; here are some reminders of a few of them:

Hello everyone it’s time for us to announce our winner for Novembers
edition of Glam Sunday. I have to say this edition of Glam Sunday was indeed
colourful. I can see you all are bringing the 90's back, well let's get down to
business. First of all I would like to start with the last three pictures which
had pink in them.
Starting with Picture No3, the lady in the pink skirt; she does have
a lot of fans no doubt including me but I am sorry to say that I think the look
just lacks that unique qualification of a Glam Sunday winner that even I myself
don't know till I see it. It would have been quite nice if she paired the
outfit with pointies (which is what we refer to as a pair of pointy shoes) this
would have made her beautiful legs look longer since the skirt is a middy. The
next is Picture No4, which is the lady in the all pink attire. One thing I can
say is that I think she should know that pink is a sharp colour and it's always
best to pair it up with a different colour of shoes. And to the last lady
wearing pink and blue, there really isn’t anything wrong with your outfit, it
just doesn’t have that Glam edge to it.
Now to our first two pictures, the second lady (Picture No2) looks
really sharp and clean and has this don't mess with me look which is pretty
cool, her outfit is well put together and on point. However, our winner which you
might have figured out by now is the first picture was a little bit more daring
than the rest. Not only was she well covered up, I mean because as we all know
nowadays people sew native in a very sexy and western style that sometimes it’s
even hard for you to notice it’s a native attire at first glance, but our
winner over here did the normal traditional (old mama) style and yet she still pulled
it off while also incorporating a statement neck piece not minding the fact
that the colour of her outfit is loud. Also if you zoom into the picture you
would see that she also paired her outfit with lemon green pointies, I know a
lot of people would have worn this with black shoes, instead she took it to
another level. Girl you’re a style Queen in the making I absolutely love your
Glam look. For these reasons you take the day hands down.
So let us know what you all think, and till
next month’s edition of Glam Sunday remain blessed everyone, GBF
always.
Note:
Our winner should send us her details on the Pamos Expression Facebook page
where her photo was tagged and we’ll let you know how you can redeem your
prize. Thank you.
