vibrant tribal prints and patterns. Petit Tribe celebrates the adventurous,
bold and fun-loving, creating clothing for newborns and for girls and boys up
to the age of 12.

Our homes
are actually rich with a lot of ingredients that we can use to concoct various
home remedies for facial dark spots. There is no need for an expensive trip to
your dermatologist if you knew which items in your home can help rid of age
spots, black circles under the eyes, acne scars, freckles, and other such
spots. Moreover, use of these home remedies helps avoid putting harsh chemicals
on your face, which is one of the most sensitive parts of your body. So here is
a rundown on some of these helpful items.
Citrus Fruits
Citruses
like oranges, lemons, and limes are rich in Vitamin C which is a natural
bleaching agent. Of all citrus fruits, however, lemon is considered as one of
the most effective home remedies for facial dark spots, especially for freckles
and age spots. Simply apply some lemon juice directly on the spot, either with
your hands or using a dab of cotton. The citric acid in the juice would work to
bleach the spot and clarify your skin.

What are Culottes? Also known as gaucho pants, they are
neither conventional pants of shorts but are those fashion pieces they once
referred to as baggy 1/3. They have been totally rebranded into this chic and
fun fashion trend.
Culottes now
vary in length and features, with details as bold as one dares. The flattering
silhouette it features is everything. Culottes are hot and so in and trending, they look tricky, yet sleek,
chic and sophisticated. Here are some examples.
Nigerian
women's wear designer, Ejiro Amos Tafiri owner of the (EAT) brand recently
released a look-book for her latest collection named “Rustic Fairytale” which
made its first debut at the Lagos Fashion & Design Week.
As defined
in the look-book, the collection narrates a story of femininity, with
characters displaying daring but effortlessly fluid and dreamy silhouettes. The
intricate detailing on the pieces embody romantic elements brought to life with
hues of white, gold, and a plot twist delivered with the introduction of
mysterious black.
These
pieces are the average Nigerian woman's picture of fairytale. And maybe with
these designs dreams do come through after all.

I'm not sure I remember a time when coloured/colourful hair/weaves
looked as beautiful as I see these days. The trend has started picking up again lately.
Funny thing is, it's not like colourful weaves/attachments haven't been
around,
but then I don't know what it is, there's something different about them right now, and I can't tell what it is really.
but then I don't know what it is, there's something different about them right now, and I can't tell what it is really.
You tell me!
Maybe because literally everyone is giving it a try right now, from Kim Kardashian blonde look from earlier in the year to Rita Ora's platinum silver look. Its been all colours lately.
It takes a whole lot of confidence to rock a daring coloured hair.
Hi ladies and
gentlemen also, hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend so far.

Hello
everyone, it’s time for us to announce our winner for the Easter Special edition
of Glam Sunday. This has been a lovely edition with some really nice outfits on
show. We thank all of you who took time out to participate.
This
edition of Glam Sunday was quite competitive with some really great outfits on
show. However, we can only have one Glam Sunday winner, so let's get down to
business. Because of the highly competitive nature of this edition we won't be able to detail all the participants, but in truth they were all generally lovely and we commend you all.
Our Easter
Special Glam Sunday winner is none other than the last picture.
HAPPY
EASTER TO EVERYONE OUT THERE!!
I know you
guys noticed we couldn’t do a Glam Sunday post for last month since the last
Sunday of the month fell on an election weekend, which saw a majority of people
limit their movement for the election.
Well today
we’ll be making up for that with a coincidental but appropriate Easter Special
Glam Sunday. Now we expect most of you to be stunning today as you celebrate
Easter. With that said let’s get this Easter Special Glam Sunday started with
this lovely picture below (and remember to tag your pictures on our Facebook
page or send them to pamosexpression@yahoo.com
to get to be a part of Glam Sunday). ENJOY
Has it ever
occurred to you that as you get dressed daily, people actually size you up to
their personal standards of measurements, and then tag you as they deem fit? Well in
Nigeria, it has always been the status quo to judge a book by its cover, in
every area. And sometimes it seems it’s actually worse for women.
If you button up your collar too tightly, you're a prude,
very religious or too uptight, but if you show cleavage, then you're a tease. What
if you opt for flats, then you're old-fashioned, but choosing heels makes you
too cheeky or out-there. This form of sexual stereotyping has been going on for
a while, and in some people’s opinions has now placed the act of getting
dressed onto a damaging scale of self-worth.
Now
recently, Terre Des Femmes, a Swiss feminist organization, took on the double
standards that come with women's style with an ad campaign titled "Don't
Measure a Woman's Worth by Her Clothes." The campaign points out the
dangers of judging a woman by her outfit and points out the fact that those
judging her are usually wrong anyway.
Whether you're a spouse-to-be, a maid of honour, a guest, or even an
aspiring bride, these matrimony-appropriate looks are sure to bring out your
inner celebrity on the big day
ZOE SALDANA
Also looking back on yesteryear, Roszak referenced the über-femme '40s
when molding Saldana's hair for a recent Star Trek
Into Darkness premiere.
"I wanted the hair to have a bit of height much like the '40s styles, but
with a modern 'twist,' literally!" she explained. After fashioning a side
part, Roszak rolled the front sections of hair all the way around to the nape
of the neck, leaving volume at the front and adding more hair as she went
along. She secured the remaining tresses into a bun with bobby pins, and then
decorated the style with a Jennifer Behr headband she inserted backward so that
it encircled the head from behind.
