Hi folks, hope you all have been good…….. I was actually meant to write a make-up tip for today but then I saw something quite interesting and creative my little sister did, so I thought to myself why not share it with you all instead. Now we all know that most times due to our busy schedule we might not be able to go to the saloon due to prior engagements we don’t want to miss like a date, or hanging out, birthday etc. Here is a little quick fix hair secret you can do at home that will save you all that time at the saloon whenever you have a tight schedule. Here are some tips, follow the images and subsequent explanations below.

STEP 1: Get a weave of your choice colour and a black hair ruffle or hair packer as we call it.
STEP 2: Sew the weave to the hair ruffle using a needle and a black thread. Cream and comb the weave afterwards.
STEP 3: Pack your hair all up using the hair ruffle or packer
STEP 4: Using the weave sewn to the ruffle and your natural hair wrap it in a circular motion covering up the hair ruffle.

There you are with the final result. Now you’re good to go on that date, wedding, movie, party etc. without having to worry about the time you might have to spend in the saloon when your schedule is tight or worry about having a bad hair day either.

So until next time on our beauty tips segment always remember to keep looking trendy and beautiful. GBF

Hi folks, so I guess it’s time to announce this month’s winner of Glam Sunday and as usual we had to wait till midweek to do that, too bad we didn’t get as much response this time around like we did the last time. Well that sort of makes my decision easy today, although I really don’t like easy things but I love what I do so let’s get to it………..

The first picture we are looking at is super cute, a lovely coloured dress and by far one of the finest pictures that has been sent to this blog, but it’s quite simple and way too easy to pull off.

Here’s the next picture we’re looking at. Hmmmm, I really think it’s a nice dress but I just don’t think it fits the wearer at all. I think it’s a bit too colourful for her skin tone and the neck piece just made it too busy. One thing we should all know about achieving a glam look is that you can always take something simple and turn it into a show stopper, no need to make it all too busy.

Now to my winner, first of all before anything else I just have to say what distinguishes our winner today was her ability to pull off a difficult to wear dress and make it look simple, a lot of us can find that hard to do, but our lady here today achieved it flawlessly. It’s quite hard to pull off a floral dress like the one she has on, one miss step and it would look like your wearing your mama’s curtain. Instead she pulled off the outfit and combining look exceptionally, for me that’s style. That’s why she takes the top spot for me today.

So on that note why don’t you all let me know what you think, who was your own winner for the day, and do you agree with me or think otherwise. Keep your comments flowing and all opinions are welcomed.

Hello folks…….. Here are some of the responses from our Glam Sunday event. Remember you can still keep your pictures coming by sending them to pamosexpression@yahoo.com. Our Glam Sunday fashionista will be announced midweek.

Now yall check them out and see if you like.

Hi folks, it’s Glam Sunday again, smilezzzz……. Well I started composing this post at 12:38am, in bed and thinking of what to write for this month’s edition of Glam Sunday. What lovely picture will I use this time around to inspire you guys to send in your own lovely Sunday outfits as well? I just couldn’t figure it out. The idea block I’m facing right now is probably partly because my little office which is my phone has been bad for a while now, and since it seems like all the money in Naija is being hidden somewhere for 2015, if you know what I mean, there is a cold rain everywhere, so I can’t afford to get a new phone ASAP. I was left with a simple option, which was to wait and fix my phone, during that period valuable research time was lost.

During all this brain storming, little did I realize that I had solved the picture problem a few hours before now. Earlier I was looking for what to wear to church and there are some Sundays during which I want to wear something new, this happened to be one of those Sundays. After thinking I had selected what it is I needed from my wardrobe, something kept on telling me in the back of my mind that I should check again, so I reluctantly did. That was when I remembered that a friend of mine had given me a box of clothes to sell for her some time ago, little did she know that I am terrible at selling cloths and I would most likely end up buying most of it (don’t judge me oh). Fortunately for me I started looking into that box and saw things that my eyes were blind to before LoL. Suddenly it was dress up time for me, one after the other I started trying on the outfits until I got to this mint blue dress (I’m pictured wearing below) and I just knew it was the one for me this Sunday.

All that happened last night just brought me to the realisation that I really didn’t have to start stressing out on getting a cover picture for a Glam Sunday edition if I didn’t have one on time, when I could simply just take a picture of my own outfit. Here it is folks and I hope it inspires you to send in your pictures as well and of course even do better than me, winks……. Remember the drill; send in your Sunday pictures to pamosexpression@yahoo.com Stay blessed and GBF
