Hello everyone it’s time for us to announce our winner for Novembers
edition of Glam Sunday. I have to say this edition of Glam Sunday was indeed
colourful. I can see you all are bringing the 90's back, well let's get down to
business. First of all I would like to start with the last three pictures which
had pink in them.
Starting with Picture No3, the lady in the pink skirt; she does have
a lot of fans no doubt including me but I am sorry to say that I think the look
just lacks that unique qualification of a Glam Sunday winner that even I myself
don't know till I see it. It would have been quite nice if she paired the
outfit with pointies (which is what we refer to as a pair of pointy shoes) this
would have made her beautiful legs look longer since the skirt is a middy. The
next is Picture No4, which is the lady in the all pink attire. One thing I can
say is that I think she should know that pink is a sharp colour and it's always
best to pair it up with a different colour of shoes. And to the last lady
wearing pink and blue, there really isn’t anything wrong with your outfit, it
just doesn’t have that Glam edge to it.
Now to our first two pictures, the second lady (Picture No2) looks
really sharp and clean and has this don't mess with me look which is pretty
cool, her outfit is well put together and on point. However, our winner which you
might have figured out by now is the first picture was a little bit more daring
than the rest. Not only was she well covered up, I mean because as we all know
nowadays people sew native in a very sexy and western style that sometimes it’s
even hard for you to notice it’s a native attire at first glance, but our
winner over here did the normal traditional (old mama) style and yet she still pulled
it off while also incorporating a statement neck piece not minding the fact
that the colour of her outfit is loud. Also if you zoom into the picture you
would see that she also paired her outfit with lemon green pointies, I know a
lot of people would have worn this with black shoes, instead she took it to
another level. Girl you’re a style Queen in the making I absolutely love your
Glam look. For these reasons you take the day hands down.
So let us know what you all think, and till
next month’s edition of Glam Sunday remain blessed everyone, GBF
always.
Note:
Our winner should send us her details on the Pamos Expression Facebook page
where her photo was tagged and we’ll let you know how you can redeem your
prize. Thank you.
Was waiting since yesterday for this, thought lamps expression was never going to announce the winner. I usually agree with most of your observations and this one included to, she was very sophisticated in a native style. We need to see more of this type of fashion in our society. If she hadn't taken the day I would have been very disappointed. Good work again miss pamo, keep it up
ReplyDeleteHmmm, wonder what the prize is going to be dis time, or does the winner get to chose the prize ? I have to compete dis next one o, maybe I can get lucky Lol
ReplyDeleteNice one, definitely agree with the winner for today. By the way is it just me or since pamos expression introduced a prize for glam Sunday all the dressings have stepped up like mad, I'm even scared of sending my pic since I prefer to dress simple for church hehe.
ReplyDeleteThis is very good work you're doing sha, I hope you have the strength and support to keep doing what you do, its never easy for a lady to build up a self made career by herself, even in some cases its the womans husband or bf that will be bringing her down, telling her she can't do it or by not helping at all. I pray you have the right people around you, omo I've written plenty lol, anyways thumbs up and God bless.
as much as I am disappointed that our friend in pink didn't win I have to say the chosen winner tried sha, although I think we should start putting this glam Sunday event down to a vote, let's see what your audience think first of all. thanks for the advice on my MAC problem saw your reply on the Q&A section and it worked.
ReplyDeleteI noticed your comment from last time. Just because the lady in pink skirt is your friend doesn't mean she deserves to win, pamos expressions judgment was right for me and I think if it went down to a vote most people would agree. Remember this is not facebook its a fashion blog.
DeletePls I never said she deserved to win I just said I was disappointed she lost. Plus dis has nothing to do with the fact that she's a friend of mine, I just think it would be better if people were allowed to vote on the winner, its seems fairer that way, especially when there is a prize involved.
