Today let’s talk about some amazing
fruits that are really great for your skin. You probably have some of them in
your kitchen, it’s about time to put them to use more.
Lemon
Some people
suffer with uneven skin tone, sun burns from over exposure to the sun. A
natural way to get back your skin tone can be achieved by drinking freshly
squeezed lemon in water. It is rich in vitamin C which helps to improve
collagen production.
Papaya
We love this
fruit because it is packed with vitamin A which acts as an anti-oxidant that
helps to not only cleanse your skin of dead skin cells but also helps to
brighten your skin, giving you a natural glow.
Apples
Did you know
that apples contain collagen which helps keep your skin youthful and well
nourished? Apple cider vinegar makes for an amazing facial cleanser.
Tomatoes
One major
reason why we totally love tomatoes is because it’s perfect for protecting your
skin from sunburn which is the major cause of skin discolorations, dullness and
ageing. Think of it as a natural sunscreen.
Avocado
Avocados are great
for your skin because they are rich in vitamins A, C and E and help to improve
the quality of your skin over time just by eating them.
Ok guys, so
we have learnt that eating fruits work magic on the skin and are less expensive
too…. So remember: A flawless skin can only be achieved with a healthy skin.
